I am the type of woman that only goes to a doctor when pregnant.... For the first time in over 10 years I went to a doctor because my body had been screaming at me. On The advice of others o went to visit Dr. Joon at Loving Heart and let me tell you... He listened, he has a sense of humor, he's encouraging, and he really helped me feel like, little ole me, mattered. He did a test on my overall body composition and it helped me see the changes I really need to make in my life. I feel very fortunate to have had actually made the appointment and followed thru..if you're on the fence and have any fear of the medical world (like I have due to personal reasons) make the appointment. I will continue to update this post as time goes on as this was my first appointment but I can guarantee I have not ever left an appointment feeling so... Confident, heard, and full of understanding of my body... And like someone is actually wanting to help me not for the money but for my children and myself.

Joon has changed my life! I never thought I would play music again. I now can play a bit and run a studio! Joon is the real deal. He listens and challenges me in the best ways. Got my diet and PT down. Thanks Joon.

Very calm and nice office. I absolutely love him as a primary care provider. I felt like I could just talk and say everything that I have been bottling up for years due to other doctors not allowing me to, and I felt so very seen and so very heard. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone else

I had a good experience during my first visit! Finding a clinic open on Sunday that actually respects your time is a game-changer. I was especially impressed by how efficient ARNP Joon—I was seen right on time and never felt like I was just waiting around. BEST experience at a doctor's office in ages, hands down. I was hopelessly desperate for a new patient exam anywhere after finding that my current multi-clinic providers office had not a single visit available and was scheduling 3 months out. After an acquaintance referred me to Loving Heart Clinic, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was scheduled an appointment only 4 days out, and the provider was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, compassionate, and had a good sense of humor. What a breath of fresh air after being a patient of a large, corporate feeling clinic for so long...Dr. Joon even worked late to make sure to keep his commitment in providing exceptional care to me; a new patient whom could potentially never return, by sending, editing, and resending an important letter, messaging me to be sure I received it and that it was perfect. THIS should be the standard for every provider in this current age of medicine that unfortunately seems to be slowing regressing from an already struggling level of care. Dr. Joon- thank you so much! -A patient for life
